The purpose of our service is to provide a delicious and convenient meal service to you during lockdown. In offering this home delivery service we are keeping our staff bubbles compact and ensuring everyone’s safety with minimum contact. You are helping us with a valued income stream in these trying times.


Delivery designated service area is within 10km of the restaurant. Orders must be placed by 12 Noon Thursday to ensure delivery on the following Friday. We will contact you if you order late – maybe we can get your delivery in, maybe it will be the next week – depending on capacity. Please note our regular menu is not available for delivery.

When you place an order through our Service, a notification and confirmation of your order has been received will be sent to you. The supply of any meal you order through us will be between you and Twenty Seven Steps and will only be formed when your order is complete and your credit card transaction has processed successfully. Please ensure that you have given us your correct contact details as this will be the primary way we will communicate with you about your order. Please also ensure that you provide an accurate delivery address and mobile phone number to ensure that your meal(s) arrive to the correct location. We do not take responsibility of orders with the wrong contact details provided, so please double check!

Traces of nuts/dairy/gluten etc can be present in meals.
Please mention any allergies when placing your order. Meals should be eaten or frozen within 3 days of delivery. Heat until piping hot.
